He was raised in Steelton by his mom after the tragic death of his father from an aneurysm on the job when Blake was 3 years old.

With support from his mom, the church, and the Harrisburg Boys & Girls Club, he had positive role models who helped bring out the best in him. He married his high school sweetheart, Bryttani, and they have been blessed with two awesome boys and are raising them right here in Dauphin County.

His entire life, Blake has dedicated himself to improving our communities. It's why he joined the Harrisburg Bureau of Police as the first Director of Community Relations, where he helped build a bridge between police and the communities they serve.
